Phase I -Current Plans
CTK has been working closely with architect, David Schmitz,
Owner's Rep, Dewayne Kliewer, General Contractors, Greg Scott,
and Jered Billings to create a space that will incorporate all the growing ministries, future ministries, and a growing community.
August 2023
In August we spent time in prayer onsite with our entire construction team. Paradigm Construction came on board and started working with our owner's rep, Dewayne and our architect, David.
We officially received permits from the county and city to move forward with Phase 1.
September 2023
A new fence was installed around the property and our construction crew came in to start gutting the building.
October 2023
Things really took off in October, when the demolition crew came in and took out the two story and the sanctuary. Out with the old and in with the new! Starting to see God's vision for his church.
November 2023
Exterior and Interior walls are taking shape. A lot of unseen work took place from plumbing, concrete cutting and pouring, and securing our water lines and power.
December 2023
December, we saw the installation of windows, plumbing, and preparing for the wrap around the building.
